Privacy Policy

SPR Web Studio is a one-person web design studio based in Bangkok, Thailand, operating this website. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

1. What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email address, the URL of your current site (if you have one), the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message box. This arrives through the quote form on this site, by email, or by message.
• Payment information. We never see or store card numbers. Card payments are handled by the payment provider, and we only receive a confirmation, the amount, and the name on the payment. Bank transfers show the sender name your bank provides.
• Basic technical data. Our host keeps standard request logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do not do

• No advertising cookies, no analytics tracking, no pixels, no retargeting. This site sets no cookies of its own.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a price.
• To deliver, maintain, and support the work you hired us for.
• To send invoices, payment reminders, and project updates.
• To keep the records Thai tax and accounting law requires.
• To keep this website and our inbox safe from spam and abuse.

4. Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the business, and only the part each one needs:

• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website.
• Zoho Mail — our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
• Formspree — receives the quote form on this site and forwards it to our inbox (processed in the United States).
• Payment providers — Wise, Payoneer, your bank, and Stripe or PayPal where a card payment is offered.
• An accountant — invoices only, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Thailand (mainly the United States and the European Union). Where that happens, the transfer relies on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that never become a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client projects and invoices: kept at least five years, as Thai tax law requires.
• Email threads: pruned periodically once the project is closed.

6. Your choices

• Copy, correction, or deletion. Email hello@sprwebstudio.com and we reply within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (invoices) cannot always be deleted — we will tell you clearly if that applies.
• Stop hearing from us. Reply with "stop" or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Messages about a project that is currently running (scope, invoices, deadlines) are part of the service and will continue while we work together.
• No automated decisions. Nothing here is profiled or decided by an algorithm.

7. Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the font files are requested; that request does not set a cookie. If you would rather avoid it, your browser can block third-party font requests — the site still works.

8. Children

This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the inbox is restricted and protected with two-factor authentication, and files are stored in accounts only we can open. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is called out on this page.
