Terms of Service

These terms apply when you hire SPR Web Studio. They are deliberately short. If the written quote or scope we send you says something different, that document wins for your project.

1. Quotes and scope

• A quote is valid for 14 days and covers the items listed in it.
• The price is fixed for that scope — no hourly creep, no surprise add-ons.
• Work outside the scope (extra pages, new features, a second direction) is quoted separately before it starts, and you can always say no.

2. Payment

• 50% deposit to book the build, 50% before handover. Files and ownership transfer once the final payment clears.
• Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says Thai baht. Transfer fees charged by your bank are yours; any card processing fee is shown before you pay.
• Work starts when the deposit clears and we have your content and access — not before.
• If the final payment is more than 14 days late, work pauses and the site stays on the staging link until it is settled.

3. Timelines and revisions

• Typical build time is 5–7 days for Starter, 7–10 for Growth, and 10–14 for Pro, counted from deposit plus content.
• Waiting on content, access, or feedback moves the finish date by the same amount of time.
• Revision rounds: 1 (Starter), 2 (Growth), 3 (Pro). A round is one consolidated list of changes, not a stream of separate requests.
• Further rounds are quoted at the hourly rate or a flat fee before any work begins.

4. Your side of it

• Give us accurate business details, and only images and text you have the right to use.
• Reply within a reasonable time — a project that goes quiet for 30 days may be re-scheduled around other work.
• Have the authority to approve the work and pay for it.
• Do not ask us to publish anything illegal, deceptive, or that makes claims you cannot support.
• Provide hosting and domain access, or pay for them at cost.

5. Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, stock photos, paid fonts, and booking or payment tools are paid by you, at cost. We do not mark them up, and we do not own them — they stay in your name wherever the provider allows it.

6. Ownership

When the final payment clears, you own the site files and the content we wrote for you. Until then the files remain ours. We keep the right to reuse generic techniques, snippets, and code patterns in other projects. Open-source libraries and fonts stay under their own licences.

7. Portfolio

We may show the finished site and screenshots in our portfolio and social posts unless you ask us in writing not to — an email is enough. We will never publish your traffic numbers, revenue, or customer data.

8. No guarantee of results

We build for speed, clarity, and conversion, and we set up the basics properly. Nobody can guarantee Google rankings, traffic, or sales — including us. If someone promises you page one, ask them to put it in writing.

9. Repairs

• Repair prices are quoted after we look at the site, and the flat fee covers the listed items.
• If we cannot fix the quoted problem, you do not pay for that repair.
• We do not take hacked sites, malware cleanup, or platforms we cannot get access to.
• New problems discovered later are quoted separately, and you can decline.

10. Care plan ($99/month)

Month to month, cancel at any time — it simply stops at the end of the month you have paid for. It covers small edits, updates, backups, and monitoring. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.

11. Limits of liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data (keep your own backups), or outages caused by hosting or other third parties.

12. Ending a project

Either side can stop in writing at any time. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been paid for. What happens to the deposit is set out in the Refund Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. If something goes wrong, we talk it through first; if that fails, the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
